Metoda de investiga\u0163ie 3D este simpl\u0103, rapid\u0103, cu o doz\u0103 minim\u0103 de radia\u0163ie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum se realizeaz\u0103 imaginea \u015fi analiza 3D?<\/strong><br \/>\nCBCT foloseste un singur fascicul mic de raze, acesta av\u00e2nd forma conic\u0103 \u015fi o arie de interes precis aleas\u0103 de operator \u00een func\u0163ie de recomandarea medicului stomatolog (scanarea unui grup de dinti, a unei hemiarcade sau arcade, a \u00eentregii danturii). Scanerul are nevoie doar de c\u00e2teva secunde \u015fi de o singur\u0103 rota\u0163ie \u00een jurul capului pacientului pentru a ob\u0163ine o imagine 3D foarte bun\u0103 din punct de vedere calitativ.<\/p>\n<p>Doza de radia\u0163ii \u00een cazul tehnologiei CBCT este de 10 &#8211; 20 de ori mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t cea utilizat\u0103 \u00een cazul tomografiilor volumetrice (clasice) cu fascicul \u00een evantai.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00cen clinica noastr\u0103 putem efectua urm\u0103toarele tipuri de CBCT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3D dentar \u2013 pentru ambele arcade, foarte util pentru ortodon\u0163i<\/li>\n<li>3D maxilar \u2013 dac\u0103 zona de interes este arcada maxilar\u0103<\/li>\n<li>3D mandibular \u2013 dac\u0103 zona de interes este arcada mandibular\u0103<\/li>\n<li>3D par\u0163ial \u2013pentru din\u0163i inclu\u015fi, endodon\u0163ie, implanturi unidentare<\/li>\n<li>3D ATM \u2013 articula\u0163ie temporo-mandibular\u0103<\/li>\n<li>3D Sinusuri Paranazale<\/li>\n<li>3D Sinusuri Frontale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prelucrarea \u015fi analiza tomografiei se realizeaz\u0103 cu soft-ul de vizualizare \u015fi editare <strong>OnDemand3D.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cu acest soft se pot obtine:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>m\u0103sur\u0103tori foarte precise (scala 1:1) ale osului sau ale diferitelor zone de interes (se pot m\u0103sura at\u00e2t distan\u0163e c\u00e2t \u015fi unghiuri)<\/li>\n<li>sec\u0163iuni \u00een orice direc\u0163ie sau \u00een orice ax\u0103 aleas\u0103 de medic (foarte util pentru m\u0103sur\u0103torile necesare implantologilor, vizualizarea ATM, endodon\u0163ie)<\/li>\n<li>reprezentarea spa\u0163ial\u0103 (reconstruc\u0163ia volumetric\u0103) a zonei de interes<\/li>\n<li>posibilitatea marc\u0103rii curburii arcadei investigate \u015fi creerea unei imagini pseudo-panoramice. Slice-urile vor fi astfel<\/li>\n<li>perpendiculare pe creasta osoas\u0103 marcat\u0103 (foarte util pentru efectuarea unor m\u0103suratori c\u0103t mai exacte)<\/li>\n<li>determinarea densit\u0103\u0163ii osoase<\/li>\n<li>editarea \u015fi modificarea imaginii din punct de vedere al contrastului, luminozit\u0103\u0163ii, m\u0103rimii, etc<\/li>\n<li>localizarea canalului mandibular \u015fi trasarea nervului<\/li>\n<li>simulare de implant<\/li>\n<li>posibilitatea salv\u0103rii m\u0103sur\u0103torilor sau imaginilor de interes \u00een format jpg sau pdf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>De ce \u015fi c\u00e2nd ar trebui s\u0103 folosim \/ s\u0103 recomand\u0103m aceast\u0103 investiga\u0163ie?<\/strong><br \/>\nAceasta investiga\u0163ie este extrem de util\u0103, chiar NECESAR\u0102 \u00een practica stomatologic\u0103, atunci c\u00e2nd avem nevoie de m\u0103sur\u0103tori exacte \u015fi detalii fidele (TRIDIMENSIONALE \u00een planurile: axial, coronar \u015fi sagital) ale zonelor investigate. CBCT are aplicabilitate \u00een numeroase specialit\u0103\u0163i stomatologice: implantologie, chirurgie oro-maxilo-facial\u0103, endodon\u0163ie, paradontologie, ortodon\u0163ie.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
